Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Muesli and Granola?

The main difference is that granola is sweetened and baked, while muesli isn’t. Muesli is a mixture of oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruits that are not baked, they remain raw and can be boiled together to create porridge, or added to milk in the morning like cereal. It can also be made into overnight oats by adding milk before bed and eating in the morning. Granola is made by using the same ingredients but mixing with an oil and sweetener and baking them together. Granola is mostly eaten cold, with milk or yogurt, or enjoyed on its own as a snack.

What if I don't see certain ingredients that I'd prefer to use?

If we missed some of your favourites please email us and we'll do our best to accommodate. As we grow and certain products become available to us we will be updating our inventory and offerings.

Where are ingredients sourced from?

Our suppliers source their organic ingredients worldwide, depending on what harvests are available in which regions. This supports both local farmers here in Canada and those worldwide who have wonderful agriculture to offer that we do not naturally have.

What is your return policy?

Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. To be eligible for a return or refund your package must be unopened, in its original packaging and proof of purchase is required. You will however be responsible for the shipping and any additional charges to return if located outside of lower mainland Vancouver.

Are you certified organic?

All of our products are sourced from suppliers that are trusted certified organic, the only exception to this being our pink himalayan salt, as it is a naturally occurring product that is not cultivated and cannot be labelled certified organic. Suppliers participate in regular third-party audits conducted by accredited certification and food-safety organizations, including USDA Organic and COR.

Where are you located?

We are located in a beautiful beachside community in the lower mainland Vancouver, BC.

Are your products packaged in a nut free facility?

All of our products are packaged in a kitchen that also handles potential allergens such as mixed nuts, seeds and wheat.

Are your products gluten free?

We have in place strict procedures to avoid any cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee or provide a certified gluten free facility for those who are extremely sensitive.
