Refund policy

Personalized items are made to order, just for you.

Because every item is custom-made to the details you provide, all personalized and custom orders are final sale — they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once your order is placed, except in the cases below.

If something is wrong, we'll make it right. We'll replace or refund your order at no cost if:

  • the item arrives damaged or defective, or
  • we made an error in your personalization (what you received does not match what you submitted at checkout).

To report a problem, email hello@westcoastmedley.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll sort out a replacement or refund right away.

Please double-check your personalization. We produce each item exactly as entered at checkout. We are not able to offer free replacements or refunds for errors in the details you submitted (spelling, names, dates, etc.), so please review your personalization carefully before ordering.

Changes and cancellations. Because we begin production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@westcoastmedley.com. Once production has begun, we're unable to change or cancel an order.
