WestCoastMedley — Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from WestCoastMedley, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility. You must be the age of majority in your province to place an order.

Products and pricing. All products, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display products and personalization accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen displays colours exactly.

Custom and personalized orders. Our products are made to order based on the details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization you submit. Personalized items are final sale as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an order appears fraudulent or where we are unable to produce the requested customization.

Intellectual property. All site content — including images, text, and designs — is the property of WestCoastMedley and may not be used without permission. By submitting personalization content, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it is not unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, WestCoastMedley is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
