Shipping policy
Production time (please read — we make everything to order). Your blends are custom-made after you order, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships or is ready for pickup. This applies to every option below, including local delivery and pickup — it is in addition to any delivery or transit time.
How you can get your order. We offer four options at checkout:
- Shipping anywhere in Canada
- Free local delivery within 5 km of our Vancouver location
- Local pickup
- Arranged pickup — see below
1. Shipping rates.
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- $12 flat rate on orders under $75
- Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: flat $35. Free shipping does not apply to these destinations.
Shipping time. Once produced, orders typically arrive in 2–8 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery = production time + transit time. Deliveries to northern and remote communities may take longer.
Where we ship. We currently ship within Canada only.
Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
2. Free local delivery. We deliver free within 5 km of our Vancouver location on orders of $30 or more. Select local delivery at checkout — if your address is in range, the option will appear automatically. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery time once your order has finished production.
3. Local pickup. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you a pickup notification when your order is ready — please wait for that email before coming by, as all orders are made to order. Pickup details and hours are shown at checkout.
4. Arranged pickup / meetup. Prefer to meet somewhere local? Email us at hello@westcoastmedley.com and we'll arrange a time and place that works and send you an invoice to complete your order.
Delays. Once an order leaves us with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a delayed package — email hello@westcoastmedley.com.
Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not able to cover the cost of reshipping orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
