Free pick-up for locals?
If you are local to Vancouver please select "local delivery" at checkout and include in the delivery instructions the pick-up location that is best for us to meet, e.g. at Adam's and Mercedes' workplaces, somewhere in Kitsilano or Downtown

Where do you ship?
All across Canada. 

How much is shipping? 
We have a flat shipping rate of $12 for orders under $75 and everything over is FREE!

How long will it take to receive my order? 
We process orders twice a week, so you aren't waiting too long to receive your mix. Once shipped, the orders should arrive within 3-5 days. We cannot guarantee delivery time once it is with the shipping carrier but if it has been more than one week please reach out and we will track your package. 

How do I make a return? 
Our refund policy is valid for 14 days. If your order is incorrect, damaged from shipping or missing, please reach out to us right away. To be eligible for a return or refund your package must be unopened, in its original packaging and proof of purchase is required. You will however be responsible for the shipping and any additional charges to return if located outside of lower mainland Vancouver.
